Ran the distance...
I have been neglecting my exercise regime for a while, so I decided to run 3 1/2 miles today, and spend about an hour on the free weights. I am PLANNING a schedule for the rest of the week and taking it one day at a time. If I can make through the week, I'll be happy. For the lose weight and muscle training approach, I'm going the "simple" way: eat less and exercise more... then begin stregnth training. Plus I LOVE to play tennis, so I got a good couple months before it really gets cold. :)
